Q:  What are your hours?
A: Our Physical Therapy hours are:
     7 am to 7 pm Monday - Thursday
     7 am to 5 pm on Friday
    

A.  Our Wellness Center hours are:
     7 am to 7 pm on Monday - Thursday
     7 am to 6 pm on Friday
     8 am to 12pm on Saturday

Q:  Where are you located?
A:  We are directly across from the La Plata Post Office.  To see detailed directions and a map, please select the "Directions" button on the left side of this page.

Q:  What insurances do you take?
A:  For information regarding insurances, please select the "Insurances" button on the left side of this page. 

Q:  When should I arrive?
A:   For your first visit, you should arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.  This will allow time to complete your initial paperwork.  For follow-on appointments, you should arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment.

Q:  What should I wear?
A:   You should wear something comfortable, like loose fitting clothes.  You should also wear rubber soled shoes, and avoid shoes with heels.  If you are receiving Aquatic Therapy, then you should bring a bathing suit and a towel.  There is a bathroom where you can change. 

Q:  What should I expect to happen at my first visit?
A:  During your first visit, one of our highly trained Physical Therapists will perform an initial evaluation, which will include several tests to determine the proper treatment for your next visit.  This may take up to an hour.  The Physical Therapist will then begin your initial treatment during your first visit.
