Directions

La Plata Physical Therapy is located directly across from the La Plata Post office.

Parking is available in the back of the building as well as on Centennial St. A handicap entrance is available from the back parking area.

From the North (Waldorf):

Take 301 South. Go through the traffic light at Route 6 (Charles Street) and make the first left onto Centennial Street. La Plata Physical Therapy is the first brick building on the right.

From the South (Bel Alton):

Take 301 North to Centennial Street. Turn right onto Centennial Street. Centennial Street is just prior to Route 6 (Charles Street). La Plata Physical Therapy is the first brick building on the right.

From the East (Charlotte Hall):

Take Rt 6 (Charles St) to St. Mary's Ave. Turn left onto St Mary's Ave. Turn right onto Centennial St.

From the West (Port Tobacco):

Take Rt 6 (Port Tobacco Rd) to Rt 301. Turn right onto 301 South. Turn left onto Centennial St.
